BBC North East/Cumbria headquarters [autumn 2008]
Here we see the BBC's TV and radio headquarters in Newcastle upon Tyne - affectionately known as 'The Pink Palace' by staff. The building was officially opened by HRH the Prince of Wales in 1988.
