Ingledene House [summer 1972]
The images below were taken in the summer of 1972, when the BBC was celebrating its 50th anniversary. Ingledene House is where the local opt-out for the 'Nationwide' programme was based - 'Spotlight South West' - with Hugh Scully and Sue Lawley. It was also home to the local radio station, whose output included 'Midday Parade' with Colm Connolly.
